Luxurious and lovely!
modern equipment attentive staff delicious pastries
The gym had modern equipment. I found the staff there very attentive. Breakfast offered much variety. The pastries were delicious (especially the croissants!). The greenery around the hotel provides calm.

The location is beachfront. The gardens are lush. The design is elegant. The service was excellent.
The reception felt unfriendly , failing to provide information. Water was not complimentary at the pool. I had to purchase it. Dining options seemed limited with substandard quality.

luxurious and well kept
cool atmosphere palm view large bath
the air conditioning maintained a cool atmosphere throughout the hotel. i received an upgrade to a palm view room on the third floor. the room had a large bath with a rainforest shower.
i found the transition to qr codes in every venue irritating. it meant i needed my phone out at the table often.

the palm view room featured comfortable beds and elegant decor. it included a minibar stocked with beverages and snacks (some of which were chargeable). fresh towels were supplied daily, and the room had a balcony with seating.

rainfall shower sea view nespresso machine
The room was a Luxury Room Sea View. It featured a rainfall shower. The layout of the room gave space and comfort. It was relaxing waking up in the morning to sea views and birdsongs. I used the nespresso machine provided.
The climate system did not work properly.

The breakfast buffet offered a large selection, including fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets. the multiple heated pools were great for families. The kids enjoyed the water slides and shallow areas. i received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite with a separate living area and a balcony. i liked the convenience of having several restaurants on site, including a seafood restaurant and an italian bistro.
The housekeeping service was inconsistent. Some days, our room was cleaned late in the afternoon, inconvenient

underwhelming stay
limited variety slow service
the gym had adequate equipment to maintain a routine.
the lack of information at check-in was not helpful the dining options were subpar i found the buffet offered limited variety and quality compared to other establishments slow service added to my disappointment

worn public areas muddy beach
The reception wasn't smooth it took a long time to get the room. The public areas seemed worn. The water at the beach was not refreshing the bottom felt muddy not sandy.
